Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. General
This policy governs the refund, withdrawal, and subscription-cancellation terms for digital subscription services purchased via YesPDF Online (online.yespdf.com.tr). Service provider: YES BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş.
Under Turkish Law No. 6502 (Consumer Protection) and the Distance Contracts Regulation, our service is classified as "digital content delivered instantly via electronic means".
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under Law No. 6502, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from subscription start, without justification or penalty.
2.1. When the right does NOT apply
- If Premium features have been actually used, Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation applies — "contracts whose performance has begun before the withdrawal period and where the consumer has waived the withdrawal right".
- If the user confirmed "I authorise immediate access to Premium features and waive my withdrawal right" at subscription time.
2.2. How to exercise
- Account Settings → Subscription → "Cancel Subscription" button (recommended).
- Email support@yespdf.com.tr with subject "Refund Request".
3. Refund Terms
3.1. Full refund (within 14 days, no usage)
Within 14 days of subscription start AND no Premium feature used, the paid amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
3.2. Partial refund (with usage — pro-rata)
If withdrawal is requested after Premium features have been used, a pro-rata refund is considered after deducting the used period. Only in these exceptional cases:
- Service unavailability (uptime <95%).
- Demonstrable technical fault or billing error.
- Duplicate charge.
3.3. Non-refundable cases
- User-initiated cancellation (access continues until period end, but no monetary refund).
- "Not satisfied" reason if the service is generally functioning.
- Account suspension for terms-of-use violation.
4. Subscription Cancellation & Renewal
Premium subscriptions do not auto-renew. At period end, the user may manually start a new subscription.
- Cancelled subscriptions remain Premium until period end, then auto-downgrade to Free.
- Reactivation is possible before period end (Account Settings → Subscription → "Reactivate").
- After period end, a new purchase is required to access Premium.
5. Refund Process
- Refund request submitted via the methods above.
- YesPDF responds via email within 3 business days.
- If approved, refund is initiated via the payment provider (iyzico / PayTR).
- The refunded amount appears on the cardholder's statement within 14 business days. Bank-side delays are not YesPDF's responsibility.
6. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Consumers are advised to first contact us through the channels below. If no agreement is reached, consumers may apply to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court (within monetary thresholds set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade).
7. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes are communicated via in-app notice and/or email. The effective date is shown at the top.
